By accessing the Website or using the App, you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). 3. Description of the App


The App is a project management application designed to facilitate team collaboration and project execution. Key functionalities include: (i) project creation, enabling Users to establish dedicated workspaces for initiatives; (ii) member invitation, allowing project creators to onboard team members for collaborative participation; (iii) task creation within projects, enabling the decomposition of project goals into actionable items; (iv) task assignment, allowing for the designation of responsible individuals for each task; and (v) task-specific chat functionality, providing a communication forum for task subscribers to discuss and manage task-related matters. The App provides a platform for project planning, task management, and team communication to enhance project workflow.


4. User Data and Data Protection


FluxCapacity Lab is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This section explains what data we collect through the App and how we process it.

When you use the App, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Required Data for App Functionality:

  • Name: To personalize your experience and for account management.
  • Email Address: For account registration, communication, and support.
  • Device ID: For analytics and to ensure the App's performance on different devices. This data helps us understand how our App is used and to improve its functionality and stability.

Optional Data (Providing these is voluntary and enhances certain App functionalities):

  • Contract: Processing of Name, Email Address, and Device ID is necessary for the performance of a contract (providing you with the App service).

  • Legitimate Interests: Processing of Device ID for analytics and app performance, and Crash Logs is based on our legitimate interests in improving and maintaining the App's functionality and stability, and understanding user behavior to optimize the App. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced these interests against your rights and freedoms.

4.3 Data Storage and Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to protect it against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
